So glad they re-opened and that the location is not too far from where we live. The venue is much more modern and feels more spacious. Staff is very efficient for the most part and easy to flag down if you need to get their attention. We got xlb, fish dumpling and zhazhangmiang. I will preface by saying I was particularly craving the noodles so those were perfect and definitely hit the spot for me. The xlb had a weird aftertaste that I wasn't a big fan of and the fish dumpling was not as good as I remembered them either so that was a bit of a bummer. I would definitely come again for the noodles despite how expensive they are. The only thing I noted was that they don't seem to have a back entrance so all produce deliveries are coming through the same doors as customers are, which meant that produce liquids that spilt out were also on the same floor area that customers were walking around in. I only noticed because the produce being brought in was very clearly meat and there was quite a bit of liquids that spilt onto the ground which they didn't really wipe up very well. Rather they just took a rag and just spread the liquids everywhere which seemed a little unappetizing considering we were sitting right next to this all happening.

Nice addition and the wait is not bad as their other location Restaurant is huge but sitting is too close to comfort with other diners Dishes come out quick and not enough room to place them and you can't put t to the table next to you The XLB is good, stored the favors in one small bite - don't burn your tongue . Food is constant with their other location The sweet and sour pork - can skip. It's too much sauce drowning the pork Overall - good solid eats

So happy to see there Fremont location is open. I was surprised to see that there was no wait on a Saturday afternoon. My favorite are the pork Shanghai dumplings and the chili wontons. Another plus is their complementary cabbage appetizer with cucumbers and peanuts. Super refreshing with the perfect kick

I came here for dinner on a weekday and the place was buzzing with customers. If you come in a larger group, I would definitely recommend making a reservation. I loved the vibe of the restaurant and their service was pretty fast considering how packed they were. The portion sizes are huge and everything I had here was delicious. The shrimp and pork potstickers had the perfect crunch, not so impressed with the flavor of the shrimp in the filling. The honey walnut shrimp was pretty good and the quantity was pretty huge. The pork xiao long bao was flavorful. I would order it again. The Zhajiang noodles were worth ordering as well. The freshness of the cucumber in the dish pairs perfectly with the saltiness of the pork. It makes sense why it's one of their popular dishes. I would be interested in trying more of their dishes and would definitely visit again.

Great meal! We got a variety of dishes including the Tofu Puff & Thin Noodle Soup, Pork Xiao Long Bao, Fish Dumpling, Shrimp & Pork Wonton with Spicy Sauce, Dry-Fried String Bean with Pork, Seafood Scallop Fried Rice, and Piggy Custard Buns. The food came out quickly, and we were seated fast too. I loved the Fish Dumplings (not something you see everywhere!) and the Shrimp & Pork Wonton with Spicy Sauce was super tasty. The Seafood Scallop Fried Rice was good but needed a little extra kick, which the spicy sauce from the wontons helped with. The Dry-Fried String Beans with Pork were solid. The Piggy Custard Buns were adorable! Overall, a delicious and quick meal!

Din Din Dumplings is amazing! Many years ago, we went to the Union City location. The Fremont one is much better as it's bigger and the place has a nice atmosphere. We came for dinner on a Friday night and didn't wait long to be seated. Everything smelled so delicious walking in. We got the soup dumplings, vegetable buns, fish dumplings, hot and sour chicken, and cute piggy custard dumpling. Everything tasted delicious and leaving you wanting more. The soup dumplings were as good as I remembered it years ago. The flavor and broth were really tasty. I was really pleasantly surprised about the fish dumplings as it was fresh and savory. The hot and sour kitchen was a nice combination of sweet and sour delight. The table's favorite by far was the piggy style custard buns. It was almost too cute to eat! It tasted so good with the sweet custard and I just loved the texture. We'll definitely be back soon!

$32 for dinner for me and my mom! Still a packed house 45 minutes to closing on a drizzly Wednesday night. We're frequenters of the Union City location due to proximity but found ourselves in Downtown Fremont in this particular instance. The new restaurant boasts a much more modernized interior (still retaining traditional elements) and is just as clean, if not cleaner. Seated immediately and placed an order for zhajiang noodles and pork XLB (8pc) on their paper menu. They do provide a little saucer of cabbage and peanut as a complimentary nibble, whereas the last time I was at the UC location it was only peanuts. Our food came out within 10 minutes and was gone in about the same amount of time. The pork sauce was oily and flavorful and had no issue coating the springy flour noodles well, and the cucumber and cilantro added an appreciable pop of color and freshness. Their XLB was particularly well-proportioned, with a skin thin enough to avoid that gummy-like texture but thick enough to protect the precious filling. Broth was clean and herbal and each bite was better with a dip into the DIY ginger-soy-vinegar mix. Guess their reliability in taste and quality isn't limited to location!

We came at lunch and lucky to have friends in the know. The place is packed but they have a waiting list. Pro Tip: while I don't know how to do it, our buddy Coung gets on the waitlist through the Yelp App. It makes a huge difference. I love dumplings. One of my favs. that they make is a wonderful Fish Dumpling. Also check out the Shrimp And Loofah Xiao Long Bao. Mrs. E. had a tasty Chicken Soup with Corn and a cucumber salad. Both were yummy! Try the combination Chow Mein. So many tastes on one plate! It is a bit salty so beware. The fresh greens are worth the wait, all by themselves. Esp. the Bok Choy and the Garlic Spinach. I really like the decor of the place. A pretty simple eatery with the right touch of Asian specific. There's a beautiful waterfall when you enter. Being my first experience with dumplings in this part of the country, I feel everything went very well! 02/25 "When available you can go in and get a seat. When you get there you are given a menu with pencil. You can mark you food and quantity needed. They check it with you and the server can suggest about the quantity if it less or more. Food comes in fast and is always delicious. The tea is good and inexpensive
